I travel frequently to Saigon and Hanoi for work and still think the Pho at I Love Pho, on Victoria Street Richmond is one of THE best in the world. My wife and I have been going there for the last 9 years, every Monday night, we travel from Northcote to Richmond as none of the 5 Vietnamese restaurants within walking distance to our place is as good as 264 Victoria Street.
